Job Title: 3rd Shift Cleaner
Location: City of Palmdale, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 PM–5:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Description: The City of Palmdale is seeking a reliable and hardworking 3rd Shift Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across multiple city facilities. This position requires traveling to various locations throughout the city, including recreation centers and public restrooms.

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.  
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
