Full-Time Janitorial Cleaner – Secured Juvenile Facility (San Dimas, CA) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

This position is located inside a secured juvenile residential facility that serves justice-involved youth. While you will not be responsible for supervision or care, you will be working in close proximity to residents and staff throughout your shift.

Important: For safety, security, and confidentiality reasons, personal cell phone use is strictly prohibited while on duty inside the facility. Employees may use their phones only during scheduled breaks and meal periods, and only in approved areas. 

• Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove wastepaper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. 
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.  
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
