Join our dedicated team as a 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri 8pm-4:30am) Floor Care Technician, serving various government and municipal buildings throughout the City of Palmdale.

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to perform specialized floor maintenance—including buffing, stripping, and waxing—across multiple facilities. This is a mobile position requiring travel between sites, so a valid driver's license and dependable transportation are a must. If you take pride in maintaining clean, polished environments and thrive working independently during overnight hours, we want to hear from you!

• Pick up a Company vehicle from a designated location and travel to a DIFFERENT work site each night to perform scheduled floor care duties  
• Complete a variety of floor care tasks including stripping and refinishing hard surface floors, carpet cleaning and extraction using highly specialized floor care equipment.
• Inspect and take pictures of assigned work areas during and after work to ensure the work has been completed to quality and site standards 
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.
