Part-Time Cleaner Needed – in Avalon (Catalina Island Courthouse)

Every other Friday from 11am - 2pm ($25.00/hr.)  

Love where you work—literally! We’re looking for a part-time cleaner to help keep the Catalina Island Courthouse spotless. If you live on Catalina Island and are looking for extra income, a flexible schedule, or a stable job while in school, this could be a great fit! 

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, emptying and cleaning (1) restroom within the Courthouse
• Vacuum all carpeted areas 
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Sweep and mop the floors 
• Maintain supplies in neat, organized and fully stocked condition.  
• Perform additional cleaning tasks or related duties as assigned to ensure facility cleanliness and client satisfaction. 

• Live on Catalina Island
• Must be able to pass Live Scan to obtain client badge to work at this location  
• Ability and willingness to work independently 
• Proficient verbal communication skills 
• 1+ year custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred
