We’re looking for an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift at a well-known bottling facility in Diamond Bar. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a dedicated team, ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, and keep operations inspection-ready. Supervise and support janitorial staff on-site during 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and inspect work for quality and compliance
Train and coach employees on safe work practices and proper equipment/chemical use
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
Resolve employee relations issues and partner with HR when needed
Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication with leadership
Lead special cleaning projects and ensure teams have the tools and supplies to succeed
3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience (required)
Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to keep facilities safe, clean, and always “inspection ready”
