The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at the managerial level provides strategic human resources consultation and support to designated business units. This position oversees, mentors, and assists other human resources business partners (generalists), while establishing procedures for analyzing trends and developing workforce plans to proactively address key issues and positively influence business results. Additional duties include designing, coordinating, and executing initiatives, communications, and events in partnership with supervisors, human resources business partners, and managers.
This role requires frequent travel to multiple sites on a weekly basis, meeting directly with team members and providing hands-on support to operations leaders in the field. The Sr. HR Business Partner will play a key role in developing and coaching these leaders to drive performance and engagement across their sector.
The ideal candidate serves as an advisor and change agent on people and organizational matters, delivering HR solutions to support the business. You have demonstrated capabilities of balancing strategic initiatives with operational tasks while working with a distributed workforce in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
This is a hybrid schedule with flexibility: ideally, the candidate could be in the Culver City office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and spend the remaining days visiting multiple sites during the week to meet directly with team members and provide hands-on support to operations leaders in the field. The role also allows flexibility to work from home for administrative tasks, meetings, and other responsibilities as needed.
Pay range and compensation package
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $108-$135k. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. You will also be eligible for annual cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors.
