We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at one of our Aerospace sites in Commerce. This is a full-time, temporary position on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday). | As a Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees and visitors by performing daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks. The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at one of our Aerospace sites in Commerce. This is a full-time, temporary position on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday).

As a Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees and visitors by performing daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks. What You Will Do

  • Monitor and inspect your assigned work areas to ensure all tasks meet site procedures, scope of work, and Servicon standards

  • Participate in training programs on safety, cleaning procedures, cost-efficient methods, and equipment care

  • Empty and clean trash receptacles, removing waste to designated areas

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs in offices, lobbies, and corridors

  • Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, file cabinets, paneling, windowsills, vents, and other surfaces

  • Clean smudges and marks from doors, doorframes, glass, switches, and partitions

  • Damp-mop or clean up spills in offices, stairwells, and public spaces as needed

  • Maintain janitor’s closet in a clean and organized condition

  • Sweep or dust-mop hard floors to keep areas safe and presentable

  • Perform other cleaning duties as assigned to support site needs

What It Takes To Be Successful

  • Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficient verbal/written communication skills (Bilingual a plus)
  • Successfully complete background/drug screen 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred
