Under the general supervisor of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through a variety of recruiting avenues such as career website, employee referrals, on-site recruitment events/activities, and other sourcing methods.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and passion for operating within the established end-to-end recruitment 360 structure from kick-off to debrief. You bring a consultative approach to working with assigned client groups and a creative mindset to develop attractive job postings. Your collaborative engagement to ensure establishment of service level agreements (SLA) are set with the hiring manager during the kick-off. Drive to meet and exceed filling positions timely with quality hires by meeting established KPIs. May facilitate orientation for new employees through acquisitions of new business.
Pay range and compensation package
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $70-$85k. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. You will also be eligible for annual cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors.
