Under the general supervisor of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through a variety of recruiting avenues such as career website, employee referrals, on-site recruitment events/activities, and other sourcing methods. |   | The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and passion for operating within the established end-to-end recruitment 360 structure from kick-off to debrief.  You bring a consultative approach to working with assigned client groups and a creative mindset to develop attractive job postings. Your collaborative engagement to ensure establishment of service level agreements (SLA) are set with the hiring manager during the kick-off.  Drive to meet and exceed filling positions timely with quality hires by meeting established KPIs. May facilitate orientation for new employees through acquisitions of new business.

The Role

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • 80% Recruiting – Building strong and trustworthy relationships with hiring managers, sourcing, managing job boards and postings, building relationships with universities, community partners, and other organizations for recruiting opportunities, screening and interviewing candidates, providing valuable feedback to hiring teams on candidates and recruitment best practices, conducting background checks, negotiating offers and pre-onboarding preparations.
  • 15-20% Travel – Site visits for the sector(s) of responsibility, job fairs/hiring events, community outreach, and other networking events. This will include acquisition of new employees through awarded business.

What It Takes to be Successful

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced mid-to-large size organization (1,000+ employees) with high-volume exempt & non-exempt recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred but not required0
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite & Office 365)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, candidates, and the public.
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Process improvement and proactive mindset is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with utilizing ATS and HRIS systems to manage full cycle recruitment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Ability to travel in and out of state as needed for acquisitions

Pay range and compensation package

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $70-$85k. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. You will also be eligible for annual cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors.
