The Talent Acquisition Manager is an integral leader and plays a crucial role in ensuring that Servicon has the right people in place. As a strategic HR professional you are responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent including the day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and managing of a geographically dispersed talent acquisition team. You will provide effective thought leadership, set performance benchmarks, analyzes data/metrics, executes comprehensive talent attraction strategies, and understands how to prioritize to meet business objectives. The TA Manager will work closely with Operations, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders as a consultative advisor with a focus on developing innovative solutions and project plans to meet our hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will have five direct reports and a dotted-line to two indirect reports. |   | The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading, facilitating, and influencing the what and the how we attract, identify, and hire talent. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identifying Talent Needs: Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future hiring needs.
  • Developing Hiring Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Employment Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance Servicon’s employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates. This should include community outreach to develop strong partnerships within the markets we serve.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Oversee and ensure the proper and consistent application of the end-to-end interview process.
  • Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires to integrate them into the company culture.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Talent Shortages: Navigating through periods of talent shortages and finding creative solutions to attract candidates.
  • Competition: Understand the market landscape to compete with other companies for top talent, especially in high-demand industries.
  • Market Trends: Staying updated with the latest recruitment trends and technologies to remain competitive.

What It Takes to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced high growth trajectory organization, preferably with multi-state and start-up experience
  • 5+ years of HR or TA leadership with demonstrated experience in coaching, developing, and mentoring of a 3 or more-person team in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Experience managing national talent pools and comfortable supporting multiple searches across several geographies and functions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to leverage metrics data to tell the story and influence business decisions
  • Critical and outside-of-the-box thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with and communicate with all levels of management
  • Fluent with talent acquisition technologies (ATS) and how the leverage them effectively (iCIMS knowledge is a plus)
  • Competent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel to sites as needed to build strong meaningful relationship and to understand the markets in which we do business
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to travel in and out of state as needed

Pay range and compensation package

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $120-$150k. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. You will also be eligible for annual cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors.
