In this vital role, you'll help strengthen our Safety Culture by delivering practical, hands-on training to our janitorial teams at client sites nationwide. Reporting to the Safety Director, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring every employee is equipped and aligned with our "safety first" commitment.
You'll collaborate closely with the Safety and Risk team and field leadership to develop and implement impactful safety programs that meet our business needs. Plus, you'll foster a strong safety culture for both English and Spanish-speaking employees, making a difference in their work environment.
