We are looking for an experienced and hard-working Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician in our company, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from drywall and stucco repairs to doors, painting, and other general repairs.

• Performs general repairs: framing, drywall, texturing, painting, and stucco repairs
• Maintain and repair doors, closers, locks, locking mechanisms and controllers
• Performs routine maintenance on building structures
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a good driving record 
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repairs
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous working experience as a maintenance technician preferred
